I came up with the glorious idea of printing a fan nozzle in Repetier's spiral vase mode.

And I can report: IT ACTUALLY WORKS

The only glitch I found is that the printed object is not single-walled, slic3r creates two perimeters, thus a 'hollow' fan nozzle is printed, but closed on both ends, leaving the regular holes of the fan nozzle open. So it can be used right off the printbed.

Material consumption went down from 9 g to 5 g. Stability is good, and fan nozzles do not take heavy load anyway.
Printing time was less than 15 minutes, much quicker than a standard print (took ~25 minutes).

For the tuning people: the fan nozzle is now transparent, would be cool to add some light effects :-)
